Without citizens it won’t work. The public consultations as a standard of the amalgamated communities

The Project aim was support 11 amalgamated communities in 4 regions of Ukraine (Chernihiv, Poltava, Cherkassy and Herson regions) to arrange and pilot instruments of public consultations.
